For three generations we have been cooking Austrian home-style cuisine within walls more than 400 years old on the market square in Seibersdorf. History
From brewery to family Gasthaus
More than 400 years of history on the market square in Seibersdorf, three generations of the Hirschbeck family and a Gasthaus with heart.

Historic brewery at the market square
The oldest parts of our house date back more than 400 years. The Kellerstüberl and bar once served as cellars for beer and ice.

Over the centuries the historic brewery on the market square turned into a Gasthaus, a meeting point for locals and travellers passing through Seibersdorf.

1st generation
The Pucher family
The Pucher family runs the Gasthaus on the market square and shapes it into a family-run inn with hearty Austrian home cooking.

2nd generation
Gabriele and Hermann Hirschbeck
Gabriele and Hermann Hirschbeck take over the Gasthaus and build the function hall with skylight and the shaded beer garden, making the house a venue for weddings and family celebrations.

3rd generation
Stefan and Claudia Hirschbeck
In 2014 Stefan and Claudia Hirschbeck take over the family business. Together they add the six guest rooms and continue the house with seasonal Austrian classics and warm hospitality.
